Since 1980, the Make-A-Wish Foundation has enriched the lives of children with life-threatening medical conditions through its wish-granting work. The Foundation's mission reflects the life-changing impact that a Make-A-Wish experience has on children, families, referral sources, donors, sponsors, and entire communities.

The mission of the Nevada Childhood Cancer Foundation is to work side by side with the medical community to provide social, emotional, educational, and psychological support services and programs to families of all children who are diagnosed with a life threatening or critical illness such as cancer, HIV/AIDS, sickle cell, hemophilia, renal disorders, and other immunologic diseases. It provides comfort and support while empowering and educating families.

Keith and Leslie Litt-Resnick created the Lili Claire Foundation in 1998 to help enhance the lives of individuals living with neurogenietic conditions and their families through medical and social services. Additionally, the Lili Claire Foundation strives to encourage these children and young adults so that they may discover their innate talents and abilities and live productive, independent lives.

Danny Gans is a singer, comedian, impressionist, actor and philanthropist. In 2007, he celebrates 11 years as a Las Vegas headliner, with the last seven of those years being spent in his own 1,250-seat theater at The Mirage. Gans was recently named "Las Vegas Entertainer of the Year" for the tenth consecutive year.

There are few local celebrities that are as active and dedicated to children's charities as Gans. This event will help three important children's charities raise funds to benefit children not only in the Las Vegas community, but also throughout the nation and the world.
