Food & Spirits Store Raises Funds

RENO, Nev. - Austin’s Mountain Country Food & Spirits in Reno donated food and its employees donated time to host ''Let’s Get Ready To Rodeo'' on June 1. The event was a benefit for Kids & Horses, a non-profit organization that offers horsemanship as a means of therapy to improve the strength, balance, coordination, and self-esteem of children with disabilities.

Austin's, located at 7671 S Virginia Street in Reno, served more than 250 meals for the fundraiser. The event included a silent auction and live entertainment by Bobby Jo Hohlman, Wild Creek Bluegrass Band, Darren Talbot Band, and Sam Folio & the Stormy Monday Blues Band.
